Chicken, Farfalle & Roasted Vegetables

Ingredients

  • 1 package Bertolli® Mediterranean Style Chicken, Farfalle & Roasted Vegetables with roasted zucchini, peppers, carrots and eggplant in a balsamic sauce

Directions

  1. STOVETOP DIRECTIONS: RECOMMENDED 1. Pour contents of bag into 12-inch nonstick skillet. 2. Cover and cook over high heat 3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium-high and continue cooking covered, stirring occasionally, until sauce is boiling and all ingredients are piping hot, about 7 minutes. Product should be cooked to 165°F. Toss and serve.
  2. MICROWAVE DIRECTIONS: Pour contents of bag into 2-quart microwave-safe casserole. Microwave covered at HIGH 12 to 13 minutes for High Power Microwave Ovens (1000 to 1300 watts) or 14 to 20 minutes for Low Power Microwave Ovens (700 to 900 watts) or until sauce is boiling and all ingredients are piping hot, stirring once halfway through. Product should be cooked to 165°F. Let stand covered 2 minutes. Stir and serve. (Microwave ovens vary; adjust times as needed. Casserole may be HOT after microwaving. Do not microwave in bag.) Keep frozen until ready to use. Refrigerate or discard leftovers. Do not refreeze.
