Sliced Steak With Horseradish Sauce


  • 2 Tbsp. I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!┬« Spread
  • 1- lb. boneless sirloin steak, cut in strips
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 1/4 cup chopped shallots or onions
  • 1 jar Bertolli┬« Alfredo Sauce
  • 1 Tbsp. horseradish
  • 2 to 3 tsp. fresh lemon juice


  1. Melt Spread in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and brown steak in two batches. Remove steak and set aside.
  2. Cook mushrooms and shallots in same skillet, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Stir in Sauce, horseradish and lemon juice. Reduce heat to medium and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Return steak to skillet and cook 1 minute or until heated through. Serve, if desired, over hot cooked noodles.
