Fettuccine With Vodka Cream Sauce


  • 1/4 cup I Can't Believe It's Not Butter!® Spread
  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
  • 2/3 cup Bertolli ® Tomato & Basil Sauce
  • 1/4 cup vodka or chicken broth
  • 1 pint heavy or whipping cream
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley (optional)
  • 1 lb. fettuccine, cooked and drained
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese


  1. Melt Spread in 3-quart saucepan over low heat and cook garlic, stirring occasionally, 1 minute. Stir in Sauce and simmer 2 minutes. Stir in vodka and simmer 2 minutes. Stir in cream, salt and pepper and bring to a boil over medium heat. Continue cooking, stirring frequently, 10 minutes or until slightly thickened. Stir in parsley. Pour sauce over hot fettuccine and sprinkle with cheese.
