Mushrooms In Bertolli Balsamic Vinegar Of Modena

Ingredients

  • 3 Tbsp. Bertolli® Extra Light™ Tasting Olive Oil
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 lb. sliced white or cremini mushrooms
  • 3 Tbsp. dry white wine
  • 3 Tbsp. Bertolli® Balsamic Vinegar of Modena - Aceto Balsamico di Modena IGP
  • Salt and ground black pepper

Directions

  1. Heat Bertolli Extra Light Tasting Olive Oil in large skillet over medium heat and cook garlic for 1 minute. Add mushrooms and cook 5 minutes or until tender. Add wine and cook 2 minutes. Add Bertolli Balsamic Vinegar of Modena and cook 1 minute. Season, if desired, with salt and black pepper.
