1/4 cup Bertolli® Classico™ Olive Oil
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh basil leaves
4 slices whole grain crusty bread or whole grain rolls, lightly toasted
2 large tomatoes, each cut into 4 thick slices
4 ounces thinly sliced fresh mozzarella cheese

Combine Bertolli® Classico™ Olive Oil with basil.   On 4 serving plates, arrange bread. Drizzle with 1/2 of the Olive Oil mixture, then top with tomato and mozzarella. Drizzle with remaining olive oil mixture and season, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. Garnish, if desired, with additional basil.
