PAPPARDELLE WITH FRESH TOMATOES & BASIL

Ingredients:
4 large tomatoes, peeled and seeded, if desired, and chopped
1/4 cup thinly slicedĀ fresh basil leaves
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/2 tsp. Kosher salt
1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
1/3 cup BertolliĀ® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 package (8 oz.) pappardelle pasta or extra wide egg noodles, cooked and drained
Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:

In large bowl, combine all ingredients except pasta. Let stand covered 30 minutes to 2 hours. To serve, toss hot pasta with tomato mixture, then top with cheese.
