PROSCIUTTO & MOZZARELLA BRUSCHETTA

Ingredients:
2 loaves Italian or French bread, diagonally cut into 3/4-inch slices
2 large cloves garlic
1/3 cup Bertolli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 jar Bertolli® Tomato & Basil Sauce
24 thin slices fresh mozzarella cheese (about 6 oz.)
1/2 lb. thinly sliced prosciutto
1/2 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves, cut into thin strips
Directions:

  • Broil bread slices until golden in preheated oven; rub with garlic, then brush with Olive Oil. Evenly spoon unheated Sauce over bread, then top with mozzarella, prosciutto and basil.
