OVEN POLENTA

Ingredients:
1 cup cornmeal
3 cups chicken broth
2 cups milk
2 Tbsp. Bertolli® Classico™ Olive Oil
1 tsp. Kosher salt
Pinch crushed red pepper flakes
1/2 cup grated Asiago or Parmesan cheese
Directions:

Preheat oven 350°.   In lightly greased 3-quart casserole, combine all ingredients except cheese.   Bake uncovered 50 minutes, stirring once. Stir in cheese and bake an additional 10 minutes.  Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
