SUN-DRIED TOMATO CROSTINI

Ingredients:
1 loaf french bread (about 12-in.) cut in 1/2-inch slices
1/4 cup Bertolli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 jar Bertolli ® Roasted Red Pepper with Italian Herbs Sauce
1 package (5 oz.) goat cheese
1 to 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh basil
Directions:

Preheat oven to 400°.

On baking sheet, arrange bread slices brushed with Olive Oil. Bake 5 minutes or until lightly toasted. Evenly spread Sauce over bread. Top with crumbled goat cheese and chopped basil.
