4 sandwich or minute steaks
1 Tbsp. Bertolli® Classico™ Olive Oil
1 medium onion, thinly sliced
1 jar Bertolli® Tomato & Basil Sauce, heated
4 sandwich or hero rolls
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz.)

  • Preheat oven to 350°. Season steaks, if desired, with salt and ground black pepper. Heat Olive Oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium-high heat and cook steaks 2 minutes or until done, turning once. Remove steaks and set aside.
  • Cook onion in same skillet over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until onion is tender. Arrange steaks and onion on rolls; top with hot Sauce and cheese. Arrange sandwiches on baking sheet and bake 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
