SPINACH & OLIVE PIZZA

Ingredients:
2 (12-inch) prepared pizza crusts
1 cup Bertolli ® Tomato & Basil Sauce
1 cup cooked spinach
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 4 oz.)
1/2 cup chopped oil-cured or pitted ripe olives
1/4 to 1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 475°.
  • Arrange pizza crusts on ungreased baking sheet. Evenly top crusts with Sauce, spinach, cheese, olives and pepper. Bake 15 minutes or until cheese is melted.
