FRESHEST SUMMER SPAGHETTI

Ingredients:
3 lbs. medium ripe tomatoes, cut into wedges
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
6 Tbsp. Bertolli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Juice of 1/2 medium lemon
1/3 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves, torn
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. ground black pepper
1 lb. spaghetti, cooked and drained
Freshly shaved Parmesan cheese
Directions:

In large bowl, toss tomatoes, garlic, Olive Oil, lemon juice, 1/2 of the basil, salt and pepper. To serve, toss hot spaghetti with tomato mixture. Top with cheese and garnish with remaining basil.
