RAVIOLI IN VODKA SAUCE

Ingredients:
1 Tbsp. Bertolli® Classico™ Olive Oil
1 medium onion, chopped
1/4 cup vodka or chicken broth
1 jar Bertolli® Five Cheese with Asiago & Fontina Cheeses Sauce
1/2 cup heavy or whipping cream
2 packages (14 oz. ea.) frozen cheese ravioli, cooked and drained
Directions:

  • Heat Olive Oil in 3-quart saucepan over medium-high heat and cook onion, stirring occasionally, 3 minutes or until tender. Add vodka and cook, stirring occasionally, 1 minute. Stir in Sauce and cream. Reduce heat to low and simmer, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes. Serve over hot ravioli and garnish, if desired, with chopped fresh basil.
