PENNE WITH SNAP PEAS & SQUASH

Ingredients:
1 jar Bertolli ® Sauce, any variety
12 ounces penne pasta, uncooked
2 cups sugar snap peas
1 medium zucchini, halved and sliced
Grated Parmesan cheese
Directions:

  • Simmer Sauce in medium saucepan over low heat, stirring occasionally, until heated through.
  • Meanwhile, cook pasta according to package directions, adding vegetables during last 3 minutes of cooking; drain well. Spoon sauce over pasta and vegetables; sprinkle with cheese.
