MEDITERRANEAN TOMATOES & MOZZARELLA

Ingredients:
4 medium tomatoes (about 1-1/2 lbs.), sliced
1/2 lb. sliced fresh mozzarella cheese
2 Tbsp. Bertolli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
3 Tbsp. balsamic or red wine vinegar
1/4 cup coarsely chopped fresh basil leaves
Directions:

On serving platter, arrange tomatoes and mozzarella; set aside.   In small bowl, blend Olive Oil, vinegar and basil; drizzle over tomatoes and mozzarella. Sprinkle, if desired, with salt and pepper.
