1/3 cup BertolliĀ® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1 tsp. fresh thyme leaves
3 fresh sage leaves, chopped (optional)
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
1/4 tsp. paprika
12 ounces feta cheese, cut into 1/2-inch cubes
Lemon juice
Freshly ground black pepper

In shallow bowl, blend Olive Oil, thyme, sage, garlic, red pepper flakes and paprika. Gently add cheese, tossing with rubber spatula to coat. To serve, arrange cheese on serving platter and sprinkle with lemon juice and black pepper. Garnish, if desired, with additional paprika and fresh herbs. Serve, if desired, with crackers or sliced bread.
