1/4 cup Bertolli® Classico™ Olive Oil
1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
3 Tbsp. white wine vinegar
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. grainy mustard
1 tsp. finely chopped fresh rosemary or 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary leaves, crushed
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. ground black pepper
8 lamb rib chops

For marinade, combine all ingredients except lamb chops. In large, shallow nonaluminum baking dish or plastic bag, pour 1/2 cup marinade over lamb chops; turn to coat. Cover, or close bag, and marinate in refrigerator up to 2 hours. Refrigerate remaining marinade.   Remove chops from marinade, discarding marinade. Grill or broil chops, turning occasionally and brushing frequently with refrigerated marinade, until desired doneness.
