Directions:
In small bowl, blend Dijon mustard and hot pepper sauce. With wire whisk, slowly drizzle in Olive Oil. Stir in crabmeat and tomato. Spread on one bread half. Top with endive and avocado then remaining bread half.
TIP: For a Fresh Shrimp & Cucumber Sandwich, substitute shrimp for crabmeat, cucumber for tomato and sliced red pepper for avocado.
