PIZZA PUTTANESCA ARRABBIATA

Ingredients:
1 cup Bertolli® Arrabbiata Sauce
1 (12-in.) or 2 (8-in.) prepared pizza crusts
1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (about 2 oz.)
1/4 cup chopped pitted Kalamata olives
1 Tbsp. small capers, rinsed, drained and finely chopped
2 anchovies, drained and chopped (optional)
1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh basil leaves
Directions:

  • Preheat oven to 450°.
  • Evenly spread Sauce on pizza crust, then top with remaining ingredients except basil. Bake 8 minutes or until cheese is melted. Sprinkle with basil.
