HERBED GARLIC BREAD

Ingredients:
1/4 cup Bertolli® Extra Virgin Olive Oil
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1 Tbsp. finely chopped fresh herbs
1 loaf French or Italian bread (about 12 oz.), sliced lengthwise
Directions:

In small bowl, combine all ingredients except bread. On baking sheet, arrange bread. Evenly brush with Olive Oil mixture. Broil until golden.

*For softer bread: Wrap in aluminum foil, then bake at 425° for 25 minutes.
